Debt elimination- eliminate your financial woes

Overwhelming credit card debt continues to be a major financial problem for too many American consumers. The people who find themselves in this situation have become entrapped in a debt cycle that is designed to keep them enslaved to the bank forever.

Rising interest rates and multiple fees cause less of a monthly payment to be applied to the principal balance. Some banks will even lower the account’s credit line below the current balance, causing an immediate “over the limit” fee to be charged. The strategy of the credit card companies is to extract more money from their cardholders, while applying less towards lowering the account balance.

Finding a Solution

When somebody finally realizes the financial trouble they are in, they may begin searching for a solution to relieve their debt load. For most people, trying to understand all of their options to eliminate their debt can be very stressful and confusing experience.

The best debt relief plan for one person is not necessarily the best plan for everyone. Selecting the best plan is based on the individual’s needs, budget, and time dedicated to become debt free.

Eliminate the Debt

A lesser known, but highly powerful program is Debt Elimination. A debt elimination program will legally allow someone to walk away from 100% of their non-secured credit card debt, without bankruptcy, consolidation, negotiation, or refinancing. Sort of like a financial “do over”. A person can take advantage of this program just once. So when the debt is gone, it is up to the individual to be sure they do not become entrapped in the system again.

An elimination process does not happen overnight. The process may take 6 – 12 months to become truly debt-free. Compare this to the years it may take to actually pay-off the debt. A good program will also educate their clients regarding the credit card system. This way, a client will completely understand exactly how and why this can and will work. An awareness of this system will also help ensure that someone does not get caught in this trap again.

An open mind is needed, as some truths and lies about the credit card industry will be learned. For those people who are willing to put in a little effort and learn to help themselves, a debt elimination program may be the key to providing a fresh start in their financial lives.
