Overseas Property investments Not Effected by the Economic Downturn
Purchasing property during the current economic climate is a real buyers market. Many developers are offering excellent packages to attract the serious property investor.The market has changed a lot in such a short time but all is not doom and gloom. We (Experience International a leading overseas investment property agent) have found a few markets and products which are still flying out of the door.
We launched in November a development called The Blue Coral Resort in the Philippines. This currently offers a 20.9% guaranteed NET annual return as well as an estimated ROI of 170.18% over 5 years before capital appreciation. We had one of our busiest months in January with this project proving that investors are still serious and able to purchase with the right product.
We are just about to launch another development based in Spain which we believe sales will continue to be strong. However the credit crunch has seen many investors are a lot more cautious and this has been reflected in the level of enquiries we have received. In spite of this the enquiries that we do receive are more qualified and those investors who are still actively contacting us are much more serious about investing and have kept our sales levels very similar to previous years.
