Overseas Property investments Not Effected by the Economic Downturn

Purchasing property during the current economic climate is a real buyers market. Many developers are offering excellent packages to attract the serious property investor.The market has changed a lot in such a short time but all is not doom and gloom. We (Experience International a leading overseas investment property agent) have found a few markets and products which are still flying out of the door.

We launched in November a development called The Blue Coral Resort in the Philippines. We had one of our busiest months in January with this project proving that investors are still serious and able to purchase with the right product.

We are just about to launch another development based in Spain which we believe sales will continue to be strong.
