Residential agreement

Pre-Payment Rental Discount
A Pre-Payment Rental Discount agreement is a legal contract, which is signed by both the parties, the tenant and the owner. It is mentioned in the contract that the tenant is eligible to get a rental discount if he/she pays the monthly rent before the 1st day of the month.
